Shaping Light Workshop

Join us for a 3-Day Workshop full of reflectors and light, natural and artificial, as we explore wonderful ways of bending, shaping and manipulating the many forms of light used in the creation of beautiful photographs. Small classes (limit 5) and instructive hands-on teaching, along with before and after personal critique sessions, are designed to maximise your workshop learning experience. Workshop fee is $800, includes breakfast, lunch, pre and post individual critique sessions, 3 month mentoring program and materials guide. You will also pick up useful Lightroom tips as images are processed and enjoy two evening bonus location sessions just for fun! Just need some but not all? We are also offering the opportunity to participate in just 1 or 2 of the workshop days : Day 1 is all about natural light, Day 2 is where we mix flash both on location and studio, and Day 3 is all about workflow. Individual Day fees are $250 and include the workshop only (pre and post critiques, meals, mentoring program and bonus sessions not included). Instructor David Wiggins has been shaping light in the creation of his photographs for more than 20 years. Whether he's photographing tiny babies or 200+ member groups, weddings or dramatic portraits, or planes and trains to jewerly, David continues to push the limits as he paints with light.
